William R. Wiskman, 77, a resident of Salisbury, MD, died Friday, May 22, 2009 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury. Mr. Wiskman was born in Indiana and retired as a Lieutenant for the Department of Defense and as a Special Police Officer for Gibson Island. He is survived by his wife, Ellen and four children from a previous marriage, Kenneth, David, Dawn and Carrie. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 at the Short Funeral Home, 13 E. Grove Street, Delmar, followed by a funeral service at 9:30.
