William Kenneth Hearn, Jr., 49, of Laurel passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at his home. He was born on December 25, 1965 in Salisbury, a son of Jacqueline N. Hearn of Laurel and the late William K. Hearn, Sr. Billy was employed by Flow Smart Technologies in Seaford, and he was an avid motorcyclist. He is survived by his mother, Jacqueline N. Hearn of Laurel; two daughters, Jamie Hearn of Harrington and Sara Hearn of Laurel; grandchildren, Isaiah Hearn, Madison Willey, Alyssa Willey, and a granddaughter on the way; and two nephews, Kenneth W. Hearn and Andrew Hearn both of Cambridge. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Hearn. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, February 16, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A funeral service will begin at 4:00 p.m. at the Short Funeral Home, 13 E.
