William Gary Creyghton, 77, of Salisbury, Maryland, passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at his home in Salisbury. Born on November 14, 1947, in Salisbury, Maryland, Gary grew up surrounded by the beauty of the Eastern Shore, where he developed a love for walking in the woods and along the ocean. He was a proud United States Army veteran who served during the Vietnam War, stationed in Germany. He went on to work at the Dupont Company in Seaford for many years. Gary also developed a keen interest in Reiki, embracing the spiritual and healing practices associated with it. Gary is survived by his sisters, Carole A. Johnson and Mary Lou Baker; and many cousins, nieces and nephews who will miss his warm smile. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Margaret Creyghton; and sister, Joan Alling.
