Wanda Herzins, 93, died Monday, December 3, 2007 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. She was homemaker and avid Bridge player. Her past activities include many years of volunteer work for St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, the Art Institute, and various other community organizations; she also taught Bridge in the Adult Education program at Washington High School in Princess Anne. She was the beloved mother of Loretta Stucki, and her husband, Mishell of Salisbury and Frank, and his wife, Charlene of Princess Anne; a granddaughter, Nicole Stucki and her husband Ron Rickman of Kailua, HI; her brothers Edward Patilla and Leo Patilla of Delmar; her sister Gertrude Younger of New Bern, NC; niece Barbara Simon and family of Laurel, DE; niece Denise Pringle of Arlington, VA; and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Herzins, Sr., in 1991, her sister Louise Pringle, and her brother Thomas Patilla. Services and interment will be private.
