Travis Aaron Foskey, age 25, of Delmar, MD died Friday, August 18, 2017 at home in Delmar. Travis was born March 20, 1992 in Salisbury, MD. He is the son of Cynthia Ann (Vetra) O'Day and husband, Robert; and the late Olan Victor Foskey. Travis graduated from Delmar High School with the class of 2010 and enjoyed playing lacrosse and soccer at Delmar. Several months ago he started working for Mike's Clearance Center in Delmar, where he immediately felt like a part of the family and looked forward to going to work every day. He was a gifted artist, loved spending time at the beach and was a true animal lover. He will be remembered for his lifelong dedication to skateboarding and his great sense of humor. He will be dearly missed as a wonderful son, brother and friend. In addition to his mother and step-father, he is survived by a sister, Brandy Brittingham and husband, Seth of Laurel and their children, Gabriel and Ivy and soon to be born, Sylah; brothers, Burt Foskey of Laurel and his children, Aaron and Layla and Leeroy Foskey of Delmar; grandparents, Barbara and John Winkler of Laurel; a grandmother, Lina Mitchell Foskey of Delmar; and a host of devoted friends, aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by grandparents, George and Esther Vetra and Roland Foskey. A graveside service will be held Friday, August 25, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Stephen's Cemetery in Delmar with Pastor Ken Dasher officiating.
