Tina Marie Jobes, 53, of Delmar lost her battle to cancer on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at Salisbury Nursing Home. She was born on September 23, 1955, to Gary Horseman, Sr. of Delmar and the late Corina Horseman. Tina is survived by a son, Nicholas Jobes and his wife Denise Conway of Glen Burnie and was a devoted grandmother to Jamal Conway and Makhi Jobes. She is also survived by four siblings, Gary (Mary Jane) Horseman, Jr., Steve (Terri) Horseman, Beth (Vince) Mullinix, and Dora Ellis (Bill Holt); a dedicated aunt, Judy Myers; grandfather, Bob Dickerson; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins; and special friends, Edith "Net" Gibson, Jim "Pop" Valerius, and "Grammy" Valerius. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Aline Horseman. A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at the Short Funeral Home, 13 East Grove Street in Delmar. The Reverend Dale Evans will officiate.
