DELMAR- Timothy Tyler Moore, Sr., age 50, of Delmar, died Friday, October 15, 2010 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. He was born in Salisbury, a son of C.T. and Barbara Buckle Moore of Delmar. Tim worked in commercial construction for various companies through the years. He loved his work and had a reputation as one of the best in the industry. He was an avid fan of boxing at the Main Street Gym in Salisbury, where he proudly supported his son's boxing success. He was also a loyal fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Baltimore Orioles. His greatest passion was his family and he treasured time spent with his children. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Timothy Tyler Moore, Jr. and a daughter, Kimberly Lynn Moore, both of Salisbury; brothers and sisters, Bonnie Collins and her husband, Rudy of Laurel, Mickey Blockston and his wife, Jo-Rita of Tennessee, Terri Fletcher and her husband, Terry of Delmar and Tay Moore and his wife, Julie of Delmar; and Beth Moore, his former wife and the mother of his children. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Short Funeral Home, 13 E. Grove Street, Delmar. A visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, October 18, 2010 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. and Tuesday from 1:30 to 2:00 p.m. The Reverend James Hitch will officiate. Interment will follow the services at St. Stephen's Cemetery in Delmar. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Main Street Gym, 310 Bowl Street, Salisbury, MD 21801.
