Thomas Walter, Jr., 89, of Laurel, Delaware passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, November 2, 2021. He was born on December 4, 1931, the son of the late Thomas Walter, Sr. and Elva Price Walter. Tom worked for the Dupont Company in Seaford for 28 years, retiring in 1987. He is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie L. Walter; daughter, Jill Walter; granddaughter, Jasmine Higgins; and 2 great-grandchildren, Lasalyn and Raleigh Higgins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons, Ricky and Jeff Walter. Funeral services will be private. Arrangements are in the care of Short Funeral Home in Delmar.
