DELMAR- Steven Charles Horner, Jr., 34 passed away Monday, May 2, 2016 at his home. He is survived by his two beautiful children Kayle Horner and Steven Horner III and their mother Kimberly Horner; his mother Robin Leto and her husband Tony; his father Steven Horner, Sr and his wife Denise; four loving sisters, Teresa Nichole Horner, Bobbi Jo Horner, Ashley Horner-Ly and Mallory Horner; and three brothers, Anthony, Nick, and Drew Leto. He is also survived by grandparents, Robert E. Brewer, Sr.; Donna Horner and her companion, Joe; and Charles Horner and his wife, Marty; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. You could always count on Steven to greet you with a smile and to make you smile. He was a jokester and the life of the party. He loved to tease and pick on everyone. Steven always had a joke to tell and if he couldn't make you laugh, well then nobody could. He loved to watch drag-racing, his favorite event to attend was the Yellow Bullet Nationals. Steven also loved music and playing on his guitar and drums. He was a dedicated family man and his children always came first. There will be a Celebration of Life for Steven held on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the Old School Baptist Church, 6562 Forest Grove Road in Parsonsburg, where a visitation will be held from 3:00 to 4:00. Following the service, everyone is welcome to join Steven's family in the church hall for a time of food and fellowship. Casual attire is requested- Steven would love it if you wore your best racing t-shirt.
