Stephen Marshall Holloway, 73, of Hebron passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury. He was born on March 7, 1945 in Salisbury, a son of the late A. Franklin and Mary Nicholson Holloway. Steve graduated from Mardela High School with the class of 1964. After graduation, he went on to serve in the U. S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. Steve spent his career working as a finishing carpenter for various contractors in the area. He enjoyed listening to Blue Grass music. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Karen Kelley Holloway; extended family, Charles Wright, IV and his wife Michelle, and their son Charles Wright, V and daughter Morgan Wright; a special friend, Dickey Crockett of Salisbury; and sisters-in-law, Edith K. O'Day of Seaford and Frances K. Hearn of Lawton, Oklahoma. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Levin J. and Nellie Marshall Nicholson and Randolph A. and Lola Davis Holloway. A formal service has not been planned at this time. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Coastal Hospice, P.O.
