Roxanne Willing, 65, of Laurel, peacefully passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at TidalHealth Nanticoke in Seaford, on what would have been her 44th wedding anniversary. She was born on December 17, 1958, in Bangor, Maine, a daughter of Josephine Eleanor (Trundy) Rogers and the late Billy Rogers. Throughout the years, Roxanne worked in childcare at the Little Red Hen and served as a dispatcher for Amick Farms. Her free time was dedicated to her family, often gathering for cherished family dinners and expressing her creativity through crafts and shopping adventures. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Carlton Willing; children, Amie Marie Tyre, Matthew Adam Tyre, and Billy Howard Willing; grandchildren, Danika Nicole Powell, Tyler Abby, Shane Tyre, Joey Tyre, Jordan Tyre, Emma Mae Willing, and Dakota James Willing; great grandchild, Kairo Powell; mother, Josephine Eleanor Rogers; brother, Lucas Rogers; and sister, Lorraine Gifford and husband Scott.
