Robert L. Horn, 87, of Delmar, passed away Monday, November 18, 2013 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury. He was born October 9, 1926 in South Carolina, the son of the late Dewey and Carrie Horn. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Horn of Delmar; three sons residing in Georgia; several step-children and their families; and best friends, William and Emily Briddell. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 25, 2013 at All Saints Episcopal Church in Delmar. A visitation for family and friends will be held at the church from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. The Reverend Kenneth Athey, Jr. will officiate. Interment will be held at a later date.
