Robert L. Adkins, Sr., 83, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2008 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury, Maryland. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Stephens Cemetery in Delmar. Memorial contributions may be sent to Coastal Hospice at the Lake, P.O.
