Rachel Ranee Jones, of Salisbury, a beloved mother, devoted wife, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at the age of 54. Rachel was a warm-hearted individual known for her kindness and her passion for life. She had a special affinity for music, particularly the electrifying sounds of Motley Crue, and she enjoyed attending many of their concerts throughout her life. Rachel was not only a huge fan of the band but also embraced her creativity through crafting. She was skilled in crocheting, drawing, and scrapbooking, even creating a family recipe scrapbook that showcased her wonderful cooking skills. Her specialties included delicious cowboy chicken and delectable cheesecakes that delighted her family on birthdays. Rachel dedicated her professional life as a Customer Service Representative for Window World, where she provided exceptional service to her customers. An animal lover at heart, Rachel had a deep affection for dogs and enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially while camping and at the beach. She treasured her family holidays and was known for her love of Corvettes and Harleys, as well as her unwavering loyalty to the Dallas Cowboys. She was also an avid Lego fanatic, she enjoyed building intricate models and spending time with family and friends, sharing her love for creativity and imagination. Rachel leaves behind her parents, Cheryl and Dan Jones, her beloved husband, John Michael Taylor, and her cherished children, Zachary Casey Jones, Brett Michael Taylor, and Alexis Jade Taylor. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Paislee, Zaidyn, Zaylee, and Kaylani Jones, and her brothers, Marty and Jamie Gustafson. Rachel will be remembered as an amazing and caring person who touched the lives of everyone she met.
