Patricia Ann Scribner, 70, of Parsonsburg, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. She was born in Salisbury on May 2, 1942, a daughter of the late Norman and Miriam Wilkinson. Pat enjoyed needlework and crocheting. She had a special nephew "Nolan" and niece "Alaina" whom she enjoyed playing with and teaching them to crochet. She is survived by four children; Kevin J. Brightwell, Norman R. Brightwell, Sean Michael Dunston and Thelma Mae Yates; a brother, Ronnie Wilkinson (Diana); two sisters, Debbie Banhegyi (Pete) and Denise Shrewsbury (Ricky); a sister-in-law, Barbara Wilkinson; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Clarence, Norman and Troy Wilkinson and a granddaughter, Makayla Dunston. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at the Short Funeral Home. Family and friends may call one hour prior to the service.
