Michael Allen Tull, 60, of Delmar, passed away at his home on Sunday, June 4, 2023, due to ongoing health issues. He was born March 23, 1963, in Wilmington, Delaware, a son of the late Medford and Barbara Ann (Kinnikin) Tull. Mike graduated from Delmar High School with the class of '82. Following graduation, he attended Del Tech for several semesters. Mike retired after many years of service as a customer service representative for Avis Car Rental at the Wicomico Regional Airport. He enjoyed his work but more importantly, he loved the relationships and friendships made between co-workers, who were like his second family. Spending time with his friends and co-workers was important to Mike. He also truly loved his nieces and nephews and always kept up with what was happening in their lives. Mike also loved his trips to cardiac rehab in Salisbury, where he easily made friends with the staff and other cardiac patients. He is survived by his brother, Marvin W. Tull and wife Melissa; niece, Emily Jervis and husband Kyle; nephews, Scott Tull and wife Julie, and their daughter Evelyn, and Matthew Tull and fiancée Mariah; He is also survived by a special aunt and uncle, Louise and Jim Marine; and several cousins. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 at Short Funeral Home in Delmar. Burial will be private.
