Mark William Carey, 56, of Salisbury passed away on Monday, August 15, 2016. He was born on July 4, 1960 in Ocean View, Delaware, a son of the late Dorothy Cullen Carey and Clayton J. Carey. Mark graduated from Wicomico High School in 1978. He had a long career as an auto-body master mechanic and a brake and tire specialist. He started in 1980 at Sears Automotive in Timonium, Maryland and concluded his career in 2015 at Mr. Tire in Salisbury. He cherished his privacy and his pet cats. Mark is survived by his sister, Ruth Ann (Jerome) Jenkins of Delmar; his nieces, Jenni Price of Salisbury and Leigh Ann (Benny) Mason of Delmar; and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Adella Cullen and William and Flora Carey Robb. Services will be private.
