Salisbury- Margaret Hunter Johnson, 78, of Salisbury, died Thursday, August 22, 2013 at Anchorage Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Salisbury. She was born May 19, 1935 in Salisbury, a daughter of the late Stanley S. Mutchler and Anne Williams Mutchler. Mrs. Johnson worked as a seamstress in her earlier days before staying at home to raise her family. She enjoyed crocheting, putting together puzzles and was a true animal lover. She is survived by a daughter, Debra Ann Pusey (Ed, Sr.) of Laurel; 3 sons, Dyson Edgar Johnson (Holly Jean) of Delmar, Samuel William Johnson of Indianapolis, IN and Shawn Johnson (Lori) of Delmar; 6 grandchildren, Eddie Pusey, Jr. (Dawn), Kenny Pusey (Marcie), Anissa Brittingham (Mitchell), Zachary Talon Johnson, Heather Campbell (AJ) and Shawn M. Johnson; and 8 great grandchildren, Kaegen, Masen, Matthew, Melea, Avarie, Delanie, Cadence and Alexis. She is also survived by a sister, Georgeanna Pragg of Wilmington and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dyson William Johnson, who passed in 1992; and 2 sisters and 2 brothers. As per her wishes, no formal services are planned.
