Margaret Jeanette Huber, 70, of Salisbury, passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at her home in Salisbury. She was born on July 8, 1947 in Whitesville, Delaware, a daughter of the late George and Margaret Searcey. Jeanette loved to be with her family. She had a loving and kind heart. For any of her children or grandchildren she was always there to listen and be there for you however she could. She was one to always put her family first. She got to spend this last Christmas with her grandchildren which made it the most memorable. Her family includes her loving husband, Kenneth Charles Huber, children, Kasey and Chris Neill and their children Julianna, Christopher, and Levi Neill, Kenneth and Renae Huber and their children Kourteney, Karaline, Kenneth IV, and Kendra Huber, Stephanie Ellis (Joe, Sr.) and their children Joseph, Branden, Robert, and Jessica Waltemeyer, Jayme-Lynne Tyre, and Jimmy Tyre Jr., Terry Parks and his children Chelsey, Jenna and Terry, Gene Hughes and his children Gene, Tiffany, Shelby, and Michael, and the late John Ellis, Sr. and his children, Candi, Thomas and John Ellis Jr., and many more great grandchildren. Jeanette also is survived by her brother, Orington Searcey and sister, Sharon Ellis. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 9, 2018 at Short Funeral Home, 13 E. Grove Street in Delmar. A visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are in the care of Short Funeral Home in Delmar.
