Karen Eileen Holloway, 75, of Hebron, passed away at her home on Monday, September 12, 2022. She was born December 17, 1946, in Wilmington, Delaware, a daughter of the late Harold W. Kelley and Bessie (Crosson) Kelley. After graduation from high school Karen enrolled in business school at Goldey Beacom College. In 1985 she went to work for First Shore Federal Bank in Salisbury and retired after 36 years of service in 2021. She was an animal lover and had a special place in her heart for cats. She is survived by a sister, Edith O'Day of Seaford; extended family, Charles Wright IV and his wife Michelle, and their children who she treated like grandchildren, Charles Wright V and Morgan Wright; five nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Mollie Esterson of Seaford. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Stephen M. Holloway; and a sister, Frances Hearn. Services will be private.
