Julie Ellen Moyer, 62, of Delmar passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2021, at TidalHealth-Peninsula Regional in Salisbury. She was born on June 18, 1959, in Salisbury, a daughter of Sandra Bridges and her husband, Ched, and the late Donald Tingle and her bonus mom, Margie. Julie was a devoted Christian, loving wife, mother, and Nanny. She was passionate about rescuing dogs and you could often find her relaxing in a beach chair down at the cove. She had a heart for the hurting and broken and found fullness in helping others. She is known for her practical jokes and her ability to have fun as if no one was looking. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Jerry Mack Moyer, Jr.; children, Somer John (Bryan), Mack(y) Moyer, David Moyer (Michelle), and Susan Gantt (Moc); grandchildren, David Moyer,Jr, Isaiah Moyer, Isabelle Mack, Madison, Nathan, and Reagan John, and Hayden Avalos; siblings, Donald Tingle, Jr. (Debbie), Lisa Vilkas, Scot Tingle (Allison), William Tingle, Sr; and Kevin (Katie) Ward; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog "Scruffy." Her dog "Stormi" preceded her in death. A funeral service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 18, 2021, at Faith Baptist Church, 30505 Dagsboro Road, Salisbury, Maryland. A visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service. Pastor Robert Reinert will officiate. Interment will be private.
