Judy Lee Willey, 65, of Delmar passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2023, at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional in Salisbury, Maryland. She was born on September 28, 1957, in Salisbury, Maryland, a daughter of Juanita Delores Webster and Charles William Alexander. Judy retired after 24 years of service as a transportation supervisor for Wicomico County. Most importantly she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and her beloved dog Mason. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Michael Patrick Willey; son, William Zachary Willey (Jennifer); daughter, Heather Michelle Tilghman (John Patrick); grandchildren, Paxton Cline (Kaleb), Laird Tilghman, Cheyanne Willey, Brock Willey, and Piper Willey; great grandson, Ripken Cline; brother, Laurence Alexander; sister, Tammy Alexander; sister-in-law, June Alexander; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael Patrick Willey; brother, Thomas Alexander; and a sister, Beverly Vickers. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 2:30 to 3:00 pm on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at Short Funeral Home in Delmar. The memorial service will begin at 3:00 pm on Thursday. Immediately following the service everyone is welcome to join the family at the Redmen Lodge, 103 Clyde Avenue in Fruitland, Maryland for a time of food and fellowship.
