Joni Ruth Brumwell Monroe, 50, of Salisbury, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2013 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Maryland.
A memorial service for family and friends will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Mister Paul's Legacy, 1801 N. Salisbury Blvd in Salisbury.
