Joan B. Neumann, 84, of Laurel, Delaware, passed peacefully on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at Delmar Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Baltimore on July 16, 1934, a daughter of the late Milton and Mamie B. Abbott. She lived almost her entire life in her beloved Baltimore until moving to Laurel, Delaware, where she resided at the Laurel Commons Sr. Community. She enjoyed Sunday worship services at the Laurel Church of Christ and Bethel Worship Center in Seaford. She loved bingo, playing cards, knitting and crocheting, watching Me-TV, and most of all her kitty, "Baby Girl." Her antics and singing will be missed by many at the Delmar Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by husbands, Ralph Cook and Ronnie Neumann. A private graveside service was held at Loudon Park Cemetery in Baltimore.
