Jessica Lane (Wilson) Morris, 42, of Delmar passed away on Friday, April 8, 2022. Jess was born on September 2, 1979, in Seaford, Delaware. She attended Delmar High School and graduated with the class of 1998. After graduation Jess lived and worked in Ocean City for numerous years. Jess's world revolved around her children. She loved watching them in sports, or just curling up on the couch watching movies. Cooking for family and friends was another of her passions. She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Joy and Keith Baker, father, Mark L. Wilson; sons, Robert "Bobby" Hammond, III, Matthew Hammond, and J.J. Morris, Jr.; daughters, Sophia Hammond, Olivia Hammond and Mia Hammond; brothers, Greg Baker and family, Chad Baker and family, and Mark Wilson, Jr. and family; sisters, Jamie Killett and family, Ashley Baker and family, and Jessica Marine; grandparents, Shirley and John Cochran; former stepmother, Marcia Elliott of Laurel; former mother-in-law, Betty Hammond; mother-in-law, Brenda Morris; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jason C. Morris, who passed away on December 18, 2020. Services will be private.
