Obituary

Jeffrey Scott LeBlanc, 45, of Laurel passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021 due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born on April 23, 1976 in Milford, a son of Cynthia and Christopher LeBlanc and Jay and Janice Stevenson. Jeff worked for Perdue Farms in Bridgeville as a fleet maintenance supervisor for 13 years. He enjoyed boating, crabbing, fishing, and hunting. He was an avid fan of the Washington Redskins. Jeff also liked to watch and race in BMX competitions. He loved motorcycle riding and was a member of Hogs and Heroes. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Linda L. LeBlanc; children, Katelyn Wheatley, Tyler Hill, and Sarah Hill and her fiance, Scott Johnson; granddaughters, Ariella Wheatley and Eliza Johnson; brother, Joseph LeBlanc and his wife Kristen; sisters, Heather Stevenson and Erin Stevenson; his grampy, Gerald LeBlanc; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Brittany Lynn LeBlanc; grandparents, Robert and Ethel Moyer; his nana, Diane LeBlanc; and an uncle; Bob Moyer, Jr. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Short Funeral Home in Delmar. The funeral service will begin at 2 p.m. Interment will follow the service in Melson's Cemetery in Delmar. Arrangements are in the care of Short Funeral Home in Delmar.
