James F. Rogers, 64, of Delmar, passed away Friday, June 13, 2014 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Maryland. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 20, 2014 at the Short Funeral Home, 13 E. Grove Street in Delmar.
