Jack W. Price, 69, of Seaford, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at Delmar Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born August 18, 1941 in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, a son of the late Charles Donald Price and Mary Kathryn Price. Jack was a hard working man and held a variety of jobs. He worked for Schwan's Ice Cream, Feldman's Furniture in Salisbury, owned Jack's Lawn Ornaments in Laurel and had a booth at the Laurel Flea Market. He was eventually forced to retire to due health reasons. He is survived by a daughter, Crystal Lee and her husband Robert of Salisbury; eight grandchildren, Alexis, Katelyn, Lillian, Hailey, Kylie, Kelsie, Brian, Jr. and Bethany; two step-sons; Kevin Anderson of Dover and Dale Anderson and his wife Dawn of Oregon; two brothers, Charles Price of Florida and Gene Price of Pennsylvania; a sister, Patsy Harvey of Pennsylvania; and a brother in law and sister in law, Wayne and Carol Humphrey of Salisbury. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine Price; and a granddaughter, Kara. At Jack's request a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
