Helen Marie Triglia, 83, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2012 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury with her children by her side. She was born in Delmar, Maryland on February 7, 1929, the daughter of the late Harry and Mildred Tingle. The most important role of her life was that of a dedicated wife and mother. Her family came first above all else. She also worked outside of the home and retired as manager of Sweetheart Bakery Thrift Store in Salisbury. She is survived by her children, Dr. Michael and Alyson Triglia of Delmar, Donald Triglia of Salisbury, Donna and Dr. Peter Evans of Williamsburg, Virginia and Cheryl and Page Dulany of Salisbury; grandchildren, Michael, Tiffany, Brittany, Daniel, Kara and Ryan. She is also survived by step grandchildren James, Shayne, Tammy, Anna, Jan, Paxton and Brittany and great granddaughter, Raven; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Sebastian "Tony" Triglia and a brother, Paul Tingle. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Short Funeral Home in Delmar. Family and friends may call Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Interment will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery in Delmar.
