Hazel L. Shuster, 81, of Georgetown, died Wednesday, September 21, 2011, at her home in Georgetown. She was born May 30, 1930 in Watertown, New York, a daughter of the late Sage and Inez Hopseker. Mrs. Shuster previously worked at the Stockley Center in Georgetown. She is survived by seven children, Lucille Shuster of Powhatan, VA, Vivian Phillips of Chesterfield, VA, Leo Shuster, Jr. of Elmira, NY, Joan Shuster of King William, VA, Joseph Shuster, Sr. of Wellsburg, NY, Debra Matkosky of Magnolia, DE, and Laura Reed of Blades, DE; 21 grandchildren, and over 20 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leo F. Shuster, Sr. and two daughters, Helen (Barbara) Burrer and Kathleen Phillips. Services will be private.
