Obituary

It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the passing of Haley Alyssa Barrall on Friday, December 5, 2025, at the age of 32. Born in Salisbury, Maryland, Haley grew up in Delmar, Delaware. She was a beautiful and vivacious child who proudly held the crown for the Little Miss Delmar, Little Miss Delaware, and Little Miss Delmarva Fire Prevention pageants. Haley had an affinity for fashion from an early age, and she was an avid reader and social butterfly. She enjoyed playing youth sports and was a member of the Delmar All Stars Softball Team. A bright and gifted student, she was a graduate of Delmar High School. During her high school years, Haley was a proud member of the National Honor Society. Haley was the definition of resilience and strength. She faced life's challenges head-on and inspired everyone around her with her fearless spirit and unshakeable warmth. Famous for her incredible sense of humor, she could turn any ordinary moment into one filled with laughter and joy. There was never a dull party with Haley around; she truly was the life of the party and a loyal friend to many. A true lover of the beach, Haley spent countless happy days in Ocean City, Fenwick, and Roaring Point, soaking up the sun and making lasting memories. She cherished holiday celebrations and filled them with love, laughter, and her delicious favorite foods, including chicken and dumplings, red velvet cake, and chocolate-covered strawberries. She cherished simple pleasures, especially good music and good food. Despite many obstacles, she brought three special children into the world, and they embody her best qualities. Even through her struggles, her love for her children and family never wavered, and they, in turn, never gave up on her. Haley is survived by her children, Kinsey, Steven, and Zachary; father, Bruce Barrall Jr. and his wife Robyn; mother, Lisa Moore and her husband David; her siblings, Evan, Emily, Samantha, Ethan, Noah, Mason, Adam; grandparents, Connie Adkins, Bruce Barrall Sr., Sheila and Ted Elliott, and Jo Ann Moore; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, a niece, and significant other, Charles Cavey. Preceding her in death are her grandfathers, Elwood "Jim" Rosencrance Jr. and Ronald Moore Sr., and honorary grandfather, Bob Baysinger. Haley was deeply loved by her family.  She will be dearly missed and forever in their hearts.   A private service for close family will be held to celebrate Haley's life. During this difficult time, may comfort be found in knowing that her spirit will live on in our hearts forever.   Memorial contributions can be sent in loving memory of Haley to Chrysalis House,1570 Crownsville Road, Crownsville, MD 21032 or by visiting the online link at www.chrysalishouses.org.
