DELMAR- Grace Susan "Sue" Warner, 63, of Delmar, went home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Delmar Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Sue was born October 23, 1949 in Salisbury, a daughter of Lina Foskey of Delmar and the late Roland Foskey. She was an avid reader, especially her Bible and love listening to music, taking care of her house plants, helping others and was a devoted animal lover. She always gave her smile to everyone she met. She was a member of the New Covenant Fellowship Church. She leaves behind her loving family, including her mother, and sisters, Phyllis Townsend (Edward, Jr.), of Willards, Carolyn Campbell (Frank) of Berlin, Judy Elliott (David) of Laurel and Mary Jane Horseman of Delmar; brothers, John Foskey (Michelle) and Marty Foskey (Peggy), all of Laurel, Victor Foskey of Delmar and Roger Foskey (Kara) of Seaford; mother-in-law, Ruth Warner of Riverton; sister-in-law, Edith Sibley (Larry); and brother-in-law, John Warner (Diane). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and a very special niece, Angel Horseman of Delmar, and many good friends. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Warner, brother, Phillip Foskey, sister, Brenda Foskey, nephew, Little Marty Foskey and brother-in-law, Gary Horseman, Jr. Sue's family gives many thanks to Compassionate Care Hospice and Kim Stockley and Donna Dawson. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Short Funeral Home in Delmar, where family and friends may call from 12:00 to 1:00. The Reverend Edward Townsend, Jr. will officiate. Interment will follow the services at Melson's Cemetery in Delmar. Arrangements are in the care of Short Funeral Home in Delmar.
