Gary F. Elliott, 72, of Salisbury, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional in Salisbury, Maryland. He was born on January 21, 1950 in Marion, Maryland, a son of the late Charles William Elliott and Huldah Tingle Elliott. Gary served in the U.S. Air Force for 8 years. He also worked for Macy's in Salisbury for over 30 years. He is survived by his sisters, Peggy L. Joseph (Philip) of Salisbury and Marie Elliott of Princess Anne; a brother, Charles W. Elliott, Jr. of Manahawkin, New Jersey; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Ruth Britton, Mary Ann Dunaway, Virginia Slick, and Joyce Evans; and brothers, Elmer Elliott, Edward Elliott, and Kenneth Elliott. A memorial service will be held at Deer's Head Center in Salisbury on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 2:00 pm. Arrangements are in the care of Short Funeral Home in Delmar.
