Elizabeth C. Weber, 98, of Delmar died Tuesday, April 28, 2026, peacefully at her home.

She was born April 11, 1928, on Long Island, New York, the only daughter of Joseph W. and Mary Louise (Schlosser) Weber.

Betty was a homemaker, taking care of the family house and farm. She loved to babysit the neighborhood children and would also help the children get on the school bus in the morning and provide after-care when they got home. She loved to be outside, cutting grass and tending to her flowers and garden. She was a lifetime member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Delmar.

In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her three brothers, Joseph W. Weber, William F. Weber, and Christopher W. Weber; and her nephew, Robert C. Weber.

She is survived by her sisters-in-law, Sue Ellen Weber, and Sandy Weber; nephews, William F. Weber (Linda), Kevin Weber, and Kenneth Weber; niece, Kathy Weber Yost; great niece, Julie L. Duncan (Michael); and great nephew, Joshua W. Weber (Rachel).

The family would like to thank Linda Weber for providing Betty’s long-term care for the decade and to Steve and Jo Ditmer for their support in the last few years.

Graveside services will be held privately at her request.
