Edward James Shockley, 51, of Snow Hill, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2013 at his home. He was born January 12, 1962 in Salisbury, Maryland, the son of Walter W. Shockley of Snow Hill and the late Indiana Phillips Shockley. Eddie worked many years as a truck driver. In addition to his father, he is survived by a cousin, Lynette Phillips of Carson City, Nevada, and several aunts and cousins. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Snow Hill. Pastor Tom Northam will officiate.
