LAUREL- Dolores Breitwieser, 64, of Laurel, formerly of New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury. She was born December 29, 1951 in New Jersey, a daughter of the late Raymond and Eleanor (Orzechowski) Wood. Dolores had several jobs throughout the years, but none more important than being a homemaker, mother and wife. She was a wonderful cook, an avid reader and loved to spend a day fishing. Despite the distance apart, she remained close to her sisters and considered them not just sisters but best friends as well. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Breitwieser, who she married December of 1988; a daughter, Jenna Weber of Pasadena, Maryland; sons, Aaron Weber of New York City and Douglas "D.J." Weber (Kathy) of Jacksonville, Florida; a step-son, Raymond Breitwieser (Sue) of New Jersey; grandchildren, Beau, Sheridan, Angelique, Scarlet, Jude and Hannah; sisters, Anita (Harpy) of New Jersey, Denise (Brian)of New Jersey, Linda (Chuck) of South Carolina and Joanne (Ray), of New Jersey; brothers, Pete (Donna) of New Jersey and Steve of Indiana; and a special sister-in-law, Connie Lalena of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. A celebration of Dolores' life will be held on Friday, January 29, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Short Funeral Home in Delmar.
