Digna E. Brownlow, 96, of Delmar passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at her home. She was born in Olancho Honduras, a daughter of the late Agapito and Dionisia Pagoaga. Digna loved to read her Bible and was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Delmar. Throughout the years, she enjoyed gardening and sewing. She is survived by her children, Digna R. Hess (Ray), Thomas J. Brownlow (Janelle), Cicelia Brownlow, and Adam P. Brownlow (Marie); grandchildren, Jonathon Brownlow, Eric Diedrichson, Rachel Hastings, Kelly Herrera, and Karen Hastings; and great grandchildren, Devin and Tempi Diedrichson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John W. Brownlow. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Monday, December 18, 2023 at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE 19966.
