Delores Kay "Dee Dee Boop" Williams, 68, of Salisbury, passed away on Friday, December 21, 2018 at PRMC in Salisbury, Maryland. She was born on June 24, 1950 in Salisbury, Maryland, a daughter of the late Wilbur and Emma Austin. Delores worked for PRMC in Salisbury for 19 years. She will be remembered for her heart of gold, her love for her family, her love to cook for everybody including her neighbors but most of all accepting everyone as family. She was always very kind and had a smile on her face. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Wayne T. Williams, Sr.; sons, Wayne T. "Boe" Williams, Jr. (Nicole), Tucker Williams (Wendy), and Arthur Williams (Lisa); grandchildren, Stephanie, Matthew, Sabrina, Melinda, Trevor, Haley, Nathan, Elizabeth, Brian, Lilly, Kayla, and Marleigh; several great grandchildren; sisters, Bonnie Austin and Patricia Adkins (Phil); a brother, Albert Austin (Priscilla); and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Shawn Williams and a sister, Shirley Cranfield. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Short Funeral Home in Delmar. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and on Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Pastor Bryan Lloyd will officiate.
