Deborah Lynn Gibson, 66, of Delmar passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at Salisbury Nursing Home. She was born on February 12, 1953 in Salisbury, a daughter of the late Ray Elwood Smullen and Iris Elizabeth Smullen. Debbie spent many years working in the retail industry. She enjoyed camping, horses, trips to the beach, and her beloved animals. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Harland Gibson; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and two nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Ray Gibson, and two brothers, Buddy Ray Smullen and Carroll "Bud" Smullen. A celebration of life will be held from 1-3:00 pm on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at the home of Frannie Smullen, 7463 New Hope Road, Willards, MD.
