Darrell Ray Hollins, 43, of Delmar, died Monday, February 2, 2009 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. He was born March 21, 1965 in Cambridge, Ohio, a son of Frederick and Barbara (Todd) Hollins of Cambridge, Ohio. Darrell enjoyed his work as a plumber for the past seven years for Roto Rooter of Easton, where he considered his co-workers and friends a part of his family. His greatest joy was spending time with his 8-year-old daughter, the apple of his eye, Jessika. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his companion and best friend, Williamanna C. Hill; his daughter, Jessika Hollins; brothers and sisters, Tamara Hollins, Leona Hollins, Kevin Hollins, Frederick Hollins, Jr., Nancy Glass and Jeannie Phillips, all of Ohio; close family, Noreen Dennis, Vaughn Dennis and Summer Dennis, all of Delmar and Kirk Ray, Jr. of Georgia; and his family at Roto Rooter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2009 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Short Funeral Home, 13 E.
