With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Cynthia Jeanne LeBlanc, who left this world on Thursday, January 30, 2025. Cindy was born on September 25, 1957, in Washington, D.C., a daughter of the late Robert Charles Moyer and Ethel Mae (Fein) Moyer. Cindy graduated from James H. Groves High School. She was a member of Seaford Wesleyan Church. Cindy was a devoted wife of 43 wonderful years to her husband Chris their partnership was a testament to enduring love, filled with laughter and companionship. She loved being a mom to her boys Jeff and Joe. Her faith and family were the most important things to her. Cindy's favorite color was pink, and you never caught her without wearing something pink. She loved the summer- time when she would make sure to go to the beach and get Thrasher's fries or getting seafood to share with her family. Cindy is survived by her husband Christopher LeBlanc, her son Joseph and wife Kristen, her daughter in law Linda LeBlanc, her brother Brian Moyer and wife Joan, her grandchildren, Katelyn Wheatley, Tyler Hill, Sarah Hill, Quentin Wilkerson Jr, Dakota Wilkerson and Sierra Wilkerson and her great grandchildren Ariella, Eliza Rose and Brayden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Stephen and Robert Jr, her granddaughter, Brittney and her son Jeffrey. Funeral services will be held in honor of Cindy on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriot's Way, Millsboro, DE.
