Christine Renee Hatton, 74, entered into the presence of the Lord on Sunday, January 5, 2025. She was born in Washington, DC on December 17, 1950. After graduating from Mardela High School Chris worked in real estate and insurance services. After retiring, she also enjoyed her part time work with her church family. Spending time at church and with her sisters in Christ brought her so much joy. Chris is survived by her husband of 34 years, Jeff, daughter Jessica Brown, son Jason Hatton (Beth), grandson, Bryce Brown and granddaughter, Rebecca Rossbach. She also leaves behind her extended and dearly loved Christian family. She was predeceased by her parents, Bobieanna and Charles Adams, her son John Williamson Jr, daughter in law, Tammy Williamson, and son in law Steve Brown. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 11 am at Delmarva Evangelistic Church. Pastor Buzz Gregory will officiate. A reception will follow in the banquet hall. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Chris to Delmarva Evangelistic Church, 407 Gordy Rd, Salisbury, MD 21804. Arrangements are in the care of Short Funeral Home of Delmar.
