Brett Adam Saia, 31, of Federalsburg passed away Thursday, January 13, 2022 at TidalHealth Nanticoke in Seaford, Delaware Brett worked as a bridge tender on and off at the Tilghman Island Bridge for almost 10 years, He was an avid gamer, and will be remembered as a jokester always trying to make others laugh. Most importantly, he was a wonderful son, dad, and husband. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Laurie and Joseph Paul Smith, Sr; wife, Alissa Jae Bollinger; daughter, Marleigh Addison Saia; siblings, Kelli Bishop & family, Tony McLeod, Brittni Saia, Faith Saia and family, Dylin Eastridge and family, Christine Marie Gary and family, Ashley Rose Clifton, Joseph Paul Smith, Jr; grandmother, Gina Saia; grandfather, Larry E. McLeod, Sr; uncle, Larry E. McLeod, Jr. and family; and best friends, Rob Feltner and family, Cary Saylers and family, Daren Hiller. Services will be held at a later date.
