Brannon Wilson Mariner, 41, of Laurel, died Saturday, February 17, 2018 at his home in Laurel. He was born December 4, 1976 in Seaford, a son of Lisa E. Wilson, and her companion, Dylan Hopkins of Delmar and Mark E. Mariner, and his wife, Teresa, of Laurel. Brannon graduated from Laurel High School. He was employed by Tucker Mechanical Service in Laurel. As an avid outdoorsman, Brannon had an adventurous spirit and was happiest when kayaking, fishing, camping or spending time with his children. He loved all types of music, a passion he shared with his father. He will be sorely missed and remembered as a loving father, son, brother, companion and friend to many. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Teigan and Cohen Mariner; his companion, Jenn Cropper; a brother, Jason Mariner; a step-brother, Matthew Hoster; and grandparents, Eschol Mariner and his companion, Barbara Berkeley and John and Shirley Cocron. He is also survived by both maternal and paternal aunts and uncles, who dearly loved him. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Effie Mariner; and maternal grandfather, Bill Wilson. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the Christian Church of Seaford, 22581 Sussex Highway, Seaford, DE.
