DELMAR- Barbara A. Coleman, 72, of Delmar, died Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, after a long illness. She was born April 9, 1942 in Montgomery, Alabama, a daughter of the late Harold Bert Coleman and Helen Annette Carter Coleman. Barbara worked various jobs through the years and especially loved her paper delivery route. She had an appreciation for the simple things in life and enjoyed watching HGTV and loved dogs. She is survived by a daughter; a grandson; 4 great granddaughters; 2 great-great granddaughters; and sisters, Annette Mutchler, Rosemary Mammarella, Pamela and Louise O'Donnell; and a brother, Ralph Coleman and his wife, Connie. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several brothers and a sister. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Laurel.
