It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Andre Lee Sprague, who departed this life on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at the age of 51. Born on October 15, 1974, in Cheverly, Maryland, he was a son of Michelle Sprague Cuppy (stepfather Ross Cuppy) Andre spent his life in faithful dedication to his passions and loved ones. He resided in Laurel, Delaware. Andre was known for his work ethic and ability to tackle any project. For many years he worked as a butcher for Graul's Market in Annapolis and St. Michaels and more recently at Food Lion in Delmar. For the past year he has enjoyed his work as an overnight stocker at the Salisbury Walmart. Andre was a man of many interests; he had a lifelong affinity for squirrels that brought him joy and wonder. A devoted music lover, he thrived on the energy of head banging to hard rock, which was a vibrant part of his life. Also, he enjoyed fishing with his kids and grandchildren. Andre found camaraderie and excitement in the world of online gaming, especially through his beloved games, World of Warcraft and Magic: The Gathering. In addition to his many hobbies, Andre was an outstanding cook, known for his remarkable ability to create delicious meals out of seemingly nothing. His culinary skills were matched only by his warmth and generosity of spirit, making him a cherished figure within his family and circle of friends. In addition to his mother, Andre is survived by his loving wife, Renae L.
