Arland "Keith" Jones, 80, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at his home in Delmar, DE. He was born in Seaford, DE, the son of the late Victor and Dora Jones of Blades, DE. Keith was a 1962 graduate of Seaford High School. After 36 years of service with the Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Co., he retired in 1997 as an assistant manager. Keith was a very active member of the Delmar Boosters Club for many years and at the time of his death he was a member of O.F.C.W. Local 27 and the AARP. Walking the Salisbury Mall with their friends was an enjoyable activity for Keith and his wife. In addition to the DHS Wildcats, Keith was an avid NY Yankee and Washington Redskins fan. He was a devoted member of All Saints Episcopal Church where he served on the vestry. Both he and his wife took great pride in helping to maintain the church yard. Keith is survived by his loving wife, Ann. Also surviving are three daughters, Sherrie (John) Ondash, Christine (Michael) Harvey, and Angela Collins; grandchildren, Tacey (Levi), Olivia, Monica, Megan, Brandon and Liam; great grandchildren, Adrian, Andre, Aria, Ava, Colton, Jackson, Haley, Seth (Sarah), Luke, Cassie, Ellie, Jade Anne, Bryce, Gavin and Remi; great-great granddaughters, Nollie, Nova and Ariella; a special bonus daughter, Bobbi (Jay) Green; and bonus grandchildren, Tallie (Tony) Figgs, Mark (Jamie) Truitt, Michael (Dawn) Truitt, and Brian (Kari) Green. He also leaves behind his beloved cat, Shadow. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Rodney and Melvin Jones; and a bonus daughter, Beth Pope. A gathering will be held for his family at All Saints Episcopal Church in Delmar at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Keith's memory to All Saints Episcopal Church, P.O.
