She was born on May 7, 1941, in Rogersville, Tennessee, a daughter of the late Walter Blaine Williams and Ethel Lee (Chaney) Williams. Norma spent many years as an assistant supervisor in the electronics field. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren, playing the board game Aggravation and coloring with them. She loved to go shopping, eat Alaskan king crabs, taking walks at the Salisbury Zoo, and tending to her plants and beloved pets. She is survived by her husband, Gregory W. Hoffmann; daughters, Linda Jamison (Denis) and Lisa; grandchildren, D.J. Jamison, Crystal and Michael; great grandchildren, Hunter, Kayla, Shyanne, Abel, Levi, Zack and Madison; great-great grandchildren, Tobias and Karsyn; brother, Edward Williams; sister-in-law, Bea Williams; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Glenn, W.B., Robert, Clarence, Inez, Juanita, and Lois; and a great-granddaughter, Christina. A celebration of her life will be planned for a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Short Funeral Home in Delmar. Online condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.shortfh.com.
